Ingredients:
● Espresso shot - 40 ml
● Matcha powder - 2.5 gm / Half tsp
● Brown sugar - 10 gm / 1 tbsp
● Milk - 100 ml / Half cup
● Ice Cubes - 40 gm / 6-8 no.
● Warm water - 20 ml
Preparation:
1. In a cup, add matcha along with warm water and gently stir till it mixes well
2. In a bottle / glass - add brown sugar, warm water and mix well using a spoon - add espresso shot and stir gently - top with ice and milk - layer it with matcha
3. Stir well and enjoy
